easter special: rhubarb crumble french toast

spring is upon us, and so is one of our favourite british ingredients: the humble rhubarb.
harvested early in its season, we poach the rhubarb in elderflower to cut through the tart flavour, softening it, before placing it atop our signature plant-based brioche.
Finished with a biscuit crumble and chantilly cream, pour over as little or as much of our house elderflower custard anglaise for a brunch that’s as memorable as it is seasonal.
