the menu explores flavourful food full of colour and variety from the north west coast of india. all dishes are onion and garlic free.

charred sweetcorn masala khakhra
a snack of fenugreek cracker topped with a chopped tomato, mango and cucumber salad. finished with mango pickle cream and crunchy sev
sandwich dhokla, red pepper & green chutney
pea and chickpea steamed layered sponge soaked in spice syrup. topped with coconut and curry leaves, served with two mild chutneys
methi na gota
little fenugreek and chickpea fritters, topped with green chutney and radish. served with tamarind chutney and pineapple pickle
aam panna
refreshing drink of raw mango, fennel seed and mint, finished with a tangy frankie masala sherbet

kadi khichdi with sev tamatar ki sabji & ragi roti
a creamy mung bean and rice dish served with a mild plant-based yoghurt curry and a tomato sev fresh curry. served with flatbread made from teff flour
annapurna coconut jalebi ice cream sandwich
coconut ice cream rolled in pandan coconut, served between two jalebi fritters which are soaked in syrup. served with mango coulis
