our seasonal tasting menu is dedicated to london this time of year, inspired by the beautiful winter scenes, traditions and celebrations surrounding our city

our five course tasting menu is available 20 November – 24 December 2023, daily from 12pm

£60 per guest, £80 to include wine pairing

  • wreathbitter leaves, parsnip, pear, hazelnuts, porcini chestnut mousse

  • gift root dauphinoise & porcini walnut lattice, plum apple ketchup, sautéed cavalo nero, roast roots, red wine jus

  • figs & honeyblue cheese, fig, charcoal olive oil crackers, rosemary agave “honey”

  • snow & gritdark chocolate ganache, cherry gel, white chocolate snow, malt crumbs

  • gold & coalcrystallised ginger yuzu nuggets, cassis anise pâte de fruit

all our dishes are plant-based. not all ingredients are listed on the menu. speak to our team if you have any allergies or intolerances. whilst we take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross contamination, as our food is prepared & freshly cooked to order, there may be a risk that traces of all allergens can be found in any dish. we do not have dedicated preparation or cooking areas in our kitchens for nut-free or gluten-free food, & fryers will have been used to cook both wheat & wheat-free dishes. as a result, we cannot 100% guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination. an optional service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill for the benefit of all our staff.
