this year, our christmas menu is inspired by a market feast, capturing the warmth, generosity and rustic elegance of seasonal european food markets. we’ve drawn inspiration from our local favourite, borough market, and its magical atmosphere in winter.
the dishes are rooted in the rhythms of the season, with a focus on produce-led cooking, artisanal textures, and bold but refined flavours, with an ode to french and italian cuisine.
