introducing mallow’s spring market menu
as the seasons shift, so does our menu, evolving with the new vibrant produce and rich flavours of spring. our new spring market menu is a reflection of the season’s abundance: a curated selection of our chefs’ most loved dishes, designed to be enjoyed for tables of two or more.
this collection of spring plates invites diners on a journey of bold, inventive plant-based cooking. from kashmiri gobi grilled cauliflower, infused with warm, aromatic spices, to mojo rojo croquettes with spanish inlfuence, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
at the heart of this menu is our strong commitment to thoughtful sourcing. this season, we are proud to introduce wildfarmed sourdough, a bread born from regenerative farming practices that honour soil health and biodiversity, as well as honest toil‘s cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, adding an extra depth of flavour to our dishes.
