our spring menu has arrived

the seasons are changing, and it is time to refresh your palates with our delicious new menu.

our chefs have created a collection of mouth-watering dishes that showcase this season’s fresh and sustainable produce. from vibrant salads bursting with colour, to nourishing mains that celebrate international flavours.

tomato samphire ceviche 

a refreshing, colourful and light summer dish of heirloom tomatoes, samphire, pickled shallots, and coriander aguachile. garnished with coriander oil.

aguachile means ‘chili-water’, taking inspiration from mexico, this fresh zingy liquid is the perfect accompaniment for the sweet tomatoes. 

whipped feta garden plate 

an abundant plate of spring vegetables, whipped feta and crunchy kalamata olive crackers.

served with an olive caviar and quinoa cacao soil. 

burnt aubergine muhammara borek 

a crisp flaky filo pastry coil, filled with smoky burnt aubergine, bulgur wheat, muhammara, dates and spices.

served with a fresh green tabbouleh, baba ganoush cream, sour cherry molasses and ezme.
