inspired by the romance of italy’s two iconic cities — rome and venice, we’ve created an exclusive six-course plant-based tasting menu, l’incontro di roma e venezia, that reflects the vibrant flavours and culinary heritage of these historic destinations, highlighting the fresh produce of early spring.

on the menu:
welcome drink – hugo spritz: prosecco, elderflower, soda
entree´ – focaccia al pesto di agrumi: warm rosemary focaccia drizzled with citrus almond pesto
antipasti – salsa venezia asparagus & pistachio: grilled asparagus draped with creamy dressing of citrus, confit garlic and caper mayonnaise topped with toasted pistachio nibs
primi – wild mushroom ravioli: fresh wild mushroom filled ravioli with wild mushroom cream, finished with pink peppercorn and sage
secondo e contorni – artichoke alla guidea with raddichio chicory salad: semolina coated roman artichoke in a saffron cream with herb pangrattato and a side of winter leaf and orange salad
dolce – elderflower panna cotta & poached rhubarb: light set vanilla elderflower infused custard with poached rhubarb
piccola pasticceria – tiramisu chocolate cup: delicate chocolate shells filled with almond sponge, coffee and light mousse
