mallow veganuary: exclusive nikkei vistosa menu

this year, we’re celebrating the new year with an exclusive four-course nikkei vistosa menu, taking you on a journey of flavours through the fusion of japanese and peruvian flavours.

each course showcases the harmony of these two cultures, bringing bold colours, fresh ingredients, and lively spices to start the new year.

available 1-31 january at mallow canary wharf only. £45 per person for tables of two or more.

on the menu:

encebollado agedashi tofu: lightly coated, fried silken tofu served with a warm, fragrant ecuadorian vegetable broth of tomato, peppers, fresh herbs and paprika


artichoke pineapple cactus ceviche: chopped salad of roman artichoke, pineapple, pickled cactus, ginger and samphire in a pineapple lime leche de tigre


oyster mushroom anticucho: marinated oyster mushroom skewer with red pepper cream, aji verde and pickled kumquat


sazon amarillo rice side: yellow rice with distinctive annotto-infused seasoning


sesame namelaka, white chocolate matcha anglaise, sesame miso tuille: smooth dark chocolate and sesame mousse in a puddle of matcha custard topped with a crisp toasted sesame miso tuille
