inspired by a fusion of international flavours, our aromatic menu showcases dishes infused with saffron, pepper, rose, elderflower & lemongrass, to create a dining experience that enhances all of the senses.
menu highlights include our chick’n almond pastilla, sour cherry esme and saffron tahini, as well as our rhubarb & bramley apple compote with elderflower chantilly and almond thyme crumble.
