hazelnut truffle easter eggs

the perfect easter treat, easy to make hazelnut truffles, with only a few ingredients. they also make great gifts, but we’re certain they’ll be eaten before you can give them away!


300g vegan dark chocolate chips, 60% or higher

75g plant cream

1 zest of orange

½ tsp vanilla seeds, optional

pinch of salt

40g chopped hazelnuts

edible gold glitter, to garnish


  1. melt chocolate chips and plant cream in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
  2. once fully melted add your zest of orange, vanilla, salt and chopped hazelnuts.
  3. fill into desired silicone moulds and let it set in the fridge.
  4. once fully set, remove from the moulds and brush with edible gold glitter to garnish.
