hazelnut truffle easter eggs
the perfect easter treat, easy to make hazelnut truffles, with only a few ingredients. they also make great gifts, but we’re certain they’ll be eaten before you can give them away!
ingredients
300g vegan dark chocolate chips, 60% or higher
75g plant cream
1 zest of orange
½ tsp vanilla seeds, optional
pinch of salt
40g chopped hazelnuts
edible gold glitter, to garnish
method
- melt chocolate chips and plant cream in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
- once fully melted add your zest of orange, vanilla, salt and chopped hazelnuts.
- fill into desired silicone moulds and let it set in the fridge.
- once fully set, remove from the moulds and brush with edible gold glitter to garnish.
