we welcome new years eve with the ultimate indulgence, our show-stopping seven-course fireworks tasting menu. spend the last night of 2023 indulging in a plant-based dining experience that channels the excitement and artistry of fireworks. every dish has been created to evoke the same sense of wonder and delight, using a fusion of colours, textures and splendour.
expect an explosion of flavour and a dazzling array of colour with every dish, including black sesame shiitake brioche toast, miso glazed roasted aubergine with yuzu cream, sticky jasmine rice and mushroom cabbage roll, and a creamy coconut and ube parfait with pandan crème anglaise.
