Where do we deliver to?
We deliver UK WIDE. You can check whether we deliver to your postcode within the cart/checkout process.
Unfortunately, the following locations are not included within our delivery zone: Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands (Jersey/Guernsey), Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Republic of Ireland.
How is delivery calculated?
We charge a delivery fee for each item ordered. This is due to the way the items are packed and sent.
Cakes – Sent via courier to your chosen restaurant, on your chosen date.
Cookbooks, Tote Bags & Clothing – Sent via Royal Mail in 3-5 business days – we will do our best to get these items to you on your chosen date but postage times may vary
Gift Cards – No delivery fee (sent via email)
Please note that we can only deliver to one address per order. If you would like to order/deliver items to different addresses, please place multiple orders.
What if you miss the delivery?
It is important that there is somebody available to receive the parcel, however if the courier missed you, they may leave the package in a safe place with a card letting you know where it is.
Can you change or refund an order?
Any request to change or refund your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it.
